“My journey to becoming a therapist started when I rolled the dice to create my first character for Dungeons and Dragons. When making that first character, I answered the miracle question for myself. "What would I look like if I could change my life and make myself into anything?" That first character laid down the groundwork for what would be aspirational goals of my future. As the years went by, I began to explore myself as I was with characters that were exaggerated versions of myself. Here, I began to see a theme across all my characters. I was a healer and a guide.”

    Not accepting new clients.

I’m passionate about my work, my community, and every person I work with. I’m down-to-earth and direct—honest but always respectful. I am deeply committed to empowerment, growth, and helping my clients tap into their resilience. Therapy with me is interactive, real, and filled with both depth and authenticity. I bring my whole self to the room and am not afraid to cry or laugh alongside you.

“I have seen firsthand the enormous impact that therapy can have on people’s well-being.

I’ve witnessed the way it can free people from lives and relationships dominated by emotional pain and turmoil.

This kind of transformation is something everyone deserves, including you.”
