LGBTQIA2+
This work is deeply personal, and we are honored to walk beside you, every step of the way.
You deserve support that reflects the
fullness of who you are.
Let’s talk about what you’re hoping for.
A Queer-Centered Space for
Self-Discovery and Liberation
Live boldly. Be fully seen. Heal deeply.
At Caretta Counseling, we support adults across the gender and sexuality spectrum, including queer, trans, nonbinary, polyamorous, kinky, and neurodivergent clients. You don’t need to explain yourself to us—we meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and with deep respect for every part of who you are.
We know that navigating the world as a queer person often means facing cultural harm, rejection, spiritual trauma, and invisibility. Therapy shouldn’t add to that burden. It should be a place where you feel safe, seen, and understood—where your whole self is welcomed.
Whether you’re working through the weight of oppression, healing from relationship wounds, deconstructing internalized shame, or simply longing to feel more connected to your own truth, we’re here to help you explore your path with care, clarity, and courage.
A Queer-Centered Space for Self-Discovery and Liberation
At Caretta, we’re not just LGBTQIA2S+ affirming—we’re part of the community. Our lived experience shapes how we show up for you. We bring a deep understanding of what it means to live in a world that doesn’t always make space for you, and we hold that knowledge with compassion.
We help clients reconnect with their body, voice, desires, boundaries, and identity—without shame. Together, we'll explore all avenues toward self-acceptance, inner freedom, and meaningful connection. Whether you're exploring or affirming your gender identity, healing from trauma, navigating relationship dynamics, or seeking peace within, you'll find a space here that is rooted in honesty, warmth, and liberation.
